Pre-Start Health & Safety
The Ontario Health and Safety Act requires that a Pre-Start Health and Safety Review be conducted on the installation, modification or movement of virtually any apparatus, structure or protective element. These reviews must be documented in a technical report, sealed by a Professional Engineer, stating the compliance of the equipment with the Act or stating the steps required to bring it into compliance.
